List your property in Nordicrent environment. You can do it right here. After the advertisement is approved, we will immediately start looking for tenants for your property. The advertisement costs only €1.The listing fee is necessary for personal identification and processing the advertisement.
After the advertisement has been activated, all interested parties will immediately have the opportunity to rent your property in Nordicrent environment. We will also look for tenants for your property using social media and other advertising environments. Additionally, you can use a direct booking link on pages of your choosing, for example, on your website.
The keys to the Accommodation Place will be handed over by prior arrangement with the User or on the premises at the time of your choosing.
The rental charges for the use of the Accommodation Place for the bookings made in the previous month will be transferred to your bank account on the 10th day of each month the latest. 20% of the rent is charged as a service fee.
If you use a security deposit, it will be returned to the User within 8 working days after the end of the booking period. If your property has been damaged, notify us within 3 working days after the end of the booking period and we will solve the situation.
