Read the Accommodation advertisement carefully and sign a Booking Agreement with the Owner for the desired period of time.
The premises will be handed over during the hours specified in the advertisement or in a manner and place previously agreed with the property owner.
If the Accommodation Place is not what was advertised, notify us in 24 hours from the start of the booking period. Full refund guaranteed.
If the Owner uses a security deposit, we will keep it as a neutral party and return it in 8 working days after the end of the booking period.
