Tallinna poolt tulles sõita mööda Jäneda-Perila mnt (tee nr 11125) ja keerata 7. kilomeetril vasakule (suunaviit „Albu“). Sõita mööda Lehtmetsa-Kaalepi teed (tee nr 15141) ja 10. kilomeetril, Albus, keerata paremale (suunaviit „Simisalu“). Sõita 2,2 km ja seejärel keerata paremale (suunaviit „Simisalu“). Sõita mööda kruusakattega teed 5,8 km, kuni jõuategi Simisalu loodusmajani. Paide poolt tulles sõita mööda Pärnu-Rakvere mnt (tee nr 5) ja 116. kilomeetril keerata vasakule (suunaviit „Järva-Madise“). Sõita 5 km, seejärel keerata vasakule (suunaviit „Simisalu“) ja sõita veel 7,5 km, kuni jõuategi Simisalu loodusmajani.

Loodusmaja/aidamaja Kasutajana peaksid teadma järgmist:

1) Aidamaja on lahti vaid eelnevalt broneeritud aegadel.

2) Aidamaja on suviseks kasutamiseks.

3) Arvestuslik kasutamise aeg on ühe päeva kella 16-st järgmise päeva kella 10-ni.

4) Tuleohutusnõuetest tulenevalt on maja kasutajate piirarv 10 inimest.

5) Alla 18-aastased saavad aidamaja broneerida ja kasutada ainult koos täiskasvanuga.

6) Lahkudes jätab Kasutaja maha korras varustuse ja puhta maja.

7) Kasutaja tagastab võtme eelnevalt kokku lepitud ajal maja hooldajale.

Cancel booking

If the User cancels the Booking Agreement 14 or more days prior to the start of the booking period, the User will receive a booking fee refund, of which a service fee has been deducted (2 euro).

If the User cancels the Booking Agreement less than 13 days, but up to 73 hours prior to the start of the booking period, the User will receive a refund of 75% of the booking fee.

If the User cancels the Booking Agreement less than 72 hours prior to the start of the booking period, the booking fee will not be refunded.

The booking period starts at 12:00 on the first day of the booking.

In order to cancel the Booking Agreement, the User is obliged to notify the Service Provider of the cancellation immediately via e-mail: broneering@nordicrent.ee.

If the Booking Agreement is cancelled prior to the start of the Booking Period in the event of illness, accident or death of the User or a person close to them, the User has the right to receive a full refund of the booking fee. In this case, the User is obliged to immediately notify the Service Provider via e-mail: broneering@nordicrent.ee. The User has two weeks to present the Service Provider with a certificate (doctor’s, police or other) confirming the reason for cancelling the Booking Agreement. If the booking is cancelled for the aforementioned reasons during the booking period, the booking fee will not be refunded.

The Owner has the right to cancel the Booking Agreement in case of force majeure (natural disasters, risk of a forest fire, strikes or other). In that case, the Owner will inform the User as quickly as possible. In case of termination of the Booking Agreement by the Owner in the event of a force majeure, the User only has the right to receive a full refund of the booking fee deposited at the Service Provider. Other expenses made by the User are not refunded.
