When coming from Tallinn, drive 7 km along Jäneda–Perila road (Road no. 11125) and follow the sign “Albu” to the left. Drive 10 km along Lehtmetsa–Kaalepi road (Road no. 15141) and turn right at Albu (follow the sign “Simisalu”). Drive 2.2 km and turn right (follow the sign “Simisalu”). Drive 5.8 km along the gravel road to Simisalu Nature House. When coming from Paide, take Pärnu–Rakvere road (Road no. 5) and 116 km from Pärnu turn left (follow the sign “Järva-Madise”). Drive 5 km, turn left (follow the sign “Simisalu”) and drive 7.5 km to Simisalu Nature House.

As a user of Nature House you should know the following:

1) The Forest House is open only at pre-booked times
2) The estimated time of use is from 16.00 to 12.00 the following day
3) The number of users of the house is 49 people due to fire safety requirements
4) Persons under the age of 18 can book and use the hut only together with an adult
5) The user must leave the equipment and the house clean when they leave
6) The user returns the key to the caretaker of the house at the agreed time

Cancel booking

If the User cancels the Booking Agreement 14 or more days prior to the start of the booking period, the User will receive a booking fee refund, of which a service fee has been deducted (2 euro).

If the User cancels the Booking Agreement less than 13 days, but up to 73 hours prior to the start of the booking period, the User will receive a refund of 75% of the booking fee.

If the User cancels the Booking Agreement less than 72 hours prior to the start of the booking period, the booking fee will not be refunded.

The booking period starts at 12:00 on the first day of the booking.

In order to cancel the Booking Agreement, the User is obliged to notify the Service Provider of the cancellation immediately via e-mail: broneering@nordicrent.ee.

If the Booking Agreement is cancelled prior to the start of the Booking Period in the event of illness, accident or death of the User or a person close to them, the User has the right to receive a full refund of the booking fee. In this case, the User is obliged to immediately notify the Service Provider via e-mail: broneering@nordicrent.ee. The User has two weeks to present the Service Provider with a certificate (doctor’s, police or other) confirming the reason for cancelling the Booking Agreement. If the booking is cancelled for the aforementioned reasons during the booking period, the booking fee will not be refunded.

The Owner has the right to cancel the Booking Agreement in case of force majeure (natural disasters, risk of a forest fire, strikes or other). In that case, the Owner will inform the User as quickly as possible. In case of termination of the Booking Agreement by the Owner in the event of a force majeure, the User only has the right to receive a full refund of the booking fee deposited at the Service Provider. Other expenses made by the User are not refunded.
